Monday, Nov 2, 2009 @05:15pm CST Drivers younger than 21 years old in Missouri aren't allowed to do it, now neither will MoDOT workers — at least when they're on the job.
It's texting while driving. Starting Sunday, MoDOT banned its workers from texting while operating department vehicles and equipment. The new policy also applies even when MoDOT workers use their own vehicles to do department business. A state law already bans people 21 and younger from texting while driving. |
