Wes Benter returns to KQ2 as morning weathercaster.  He previously worked for the station as a general assignment reporter in 2004.

His resume includes on-air gigs at our sister station KOLR-10, the CBS-affiliate in Springfield, and News 12 in New York.  Wes also spent a year in the air as a flight attendant for Continental Airlines.

Wes holds a degree in broadcast journalism from Syracuse University. He is currently pursuing an online degree in broadcast meteorology from Mississippi State.
