Mike is proud to be in St. Joseph and considers it an honor to bring you the stories that impact the Midland Empire.  He says his favorite parts of his job are getting to meet new people, and see new places, each day.  You can catch him anchoring weekends and reporting weeknights.

Mike came to KQ2 in 2008, but he's no stranger to the Show-Me State.  Prior to coming to the Midland Empire he spent three years anchoring and reporting at KTTS in Springfield, MO.   There he contributed to award-winning coverage of two separate tornado outbreaks in Southwest Missouri.  Mike was actually born in Springfield and grew up in the surrounding area.  After college he spent several years in California before making his way back home. 
 
In his spare time Mike enjoys spending time with friends, family, and his English Bulldog, Smeagle.  He enjoys living in a city with such a rich history and beautiful character.
